Activation instructions for New Accounts

After activating the code following the instructions on the Microsoft website, the subscription will automatically appear on your Xbox (depending on the account on which you activated the keys).

There are two options for activating the key – from your Phone or from your PC. You can use your own VPN, for activation, please connect your VPN to India.

To activate the codes, you must have an account without a previous subscription (or you can create a new account yourself).
You will need to change the region of your account to India. Once the keys are activated, you can change the region back.

How to Redeem Codes:

Add Access KEY to your VPN and connect

Follow the link account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem and log in to your account.
Redeem all keys strictly in order.

Detailed instructions for code activation:

1. If your account did not have an active subscription previously, change the region of your account to India. If your account previously had a subscription, create a new account with India as the account region. The subscription will work on all Xbox accounts, including old ones (In the settings, select general – personalization – my Xbox home console – make this console home). To change the region of your account, please follow https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

2. Install the VPN client for your device https://getoutline.org/get-started/#step-3
Select the device on which you will activate the keys and press the “GET OUTLINE CLIENT” button.

3. Add Access-KEY to your VPN and connect ss://Y2hhY2hhMjAtaWV0Zi1wb2x5MTMwNTpTdE1DTEFRVktrcjBjSVFlNEhzS29q@167.71.235.99:37537
Then click on the “ADD SERVER” button.
Then click on the “CONNECT” button.

4. Go to https://redeem.microsoft.com and Sign in to your account.

5. Enter the code, click “Next”, confirm activation. Activate all the keys you received. Strictly in the order in which you received them.

After activation, you can turn off the VPN and your Xbox subscription will be active and available to use from anywhere in the world.

You have connected VPN, but when activating keys an error appears: "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account."

This error indicates that you did not connect to the VPN. Please go back to the instructions and make sure to connect to the VPN.

Can I use my own VPN?

You can choose any VPN service from which you can select the India region. If your VPN does not work, please use one of the options above.

Can I activate keys on my console?

No. There are two options for one-time activation – from your phone or from your PC. Once the keys are activated, the subscription will be available on your console.

You received an error when activating the code! Incorrect region. You are trying to purchase from an incorrect region. You'll need to update your settings to purchase from the correct region.

I got the Game Pass Core subscription but I bought the Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

It’s okay. We sent you the correct keys. Please follow the instructions and you will get the subscription you bought.

I got less than a month's subscription. What should I do?

Don’t worry. We will be happy to help you. Please contact us. In your email, please specify the order number and attach a screenshot from the page https://account.microsoft.com/services which will show the expiration date of the subscription.

When activating one of the keys the error "This code has already been redeemed." appeared. What should I do?

I'm located in the USA (Germany, Australia, other). Will the codes work in my country?

Yes, you can activate the codes from anywhere in the world. A one-time activation via VPN is required. After activation, the VPN is no longer needed, and you can use your subscription globally.

Can I change my account region to my current location after activating the codes?

Yes, after activating all the codes, you can change your account region to your current location.

Do I need to enable recurring payments to redeem my code?

No, you don’t need to turn on recurring payments. It’s not required for redeeming the codes and won’t affect the activation process.
